Our service is ranging from the normal printed circuit board assembly ( pcba ) and flexible printed circuit assembly ( fpca ) to box build or completed product assembly and testing using auto insertion technology ( ait ), lead free soldering for both surface mount technology and selective wave soldering ( clean and no-clean processes ), flip chip, fine pitch bga, chip on board process ( cob ) in clean room environment, in circuit testing ( ict ), various functional testing ( fct ), static and dynamic burn-in, chemical compound encapsulation ( potting ), conformal coating, aqueous cleaning using de-ionized water, etc.. We also provide other extending services such as design for manufacturing ( dfm ) and order fulfillment warehousing. As a total solution service provider, we also offer material procurement using our network in Asia, Europe and USA via our web base system to ensure the most competitive prices and speed for our customers.
